Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Thank you for purchasing a digital gift card from naturopathic clinic of Dr Manesh ND! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following terms and conditions that govern the use of our gift cards.
1. Validity and Redemption: Gift cards are valid for six months from the date of purchase. Please check the expiration date printed your email receipt. Gift cards can be redeemed for any of our naturopathic services, products, or packages. They are not valid for cash or any other form of payment.
2. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold. They are intended for the person to whom they are issued. Gift cards are non-refundable, and the balance cannot be converted into cash.
3. Remaining Balance and Usage: If the total cost of services or products exceeds the gift card balance, the recipient is responsible for covering the difference. Any unused balance on a gift card can be applied to future services within the validity period.
4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: Treat your gift card like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. We recommend keeping it in a safe place. If your gift card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement.
5. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling : Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a fee, which will be deducted from your gift card balance. Gift card holders are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policies as regular clients.
6. Acceptance of Terms: By using a gift card, the holder agrees to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with the rules may result in the card's invalidation.
